How Do I know Which Package To Choose?

3DPixel.net offer a range of packages depending on what resources you may need (DIsk Space, Bandwidth, Databases etc..) and what level of support you require.

Personal Web Hosting

Personal Web Hosting is aimed at individuals and smaller businesses who require set packages for their websites and simply require email support for standard queries. Our personal web hosting packages are fully featured on Linux servers, with PHP4 and PHP5 support, MySQL4. Whilst we offer a balanced service between performance/flexibility and security, we unfortunately cannot alter our server configurations to facilitate a single script or customer account.

Customers who don't know how much 'space' or 'bandwidth' they may require can simply choose the lowest package they think is needed. If an upgrade is required an automatic email will be sent at 4am each day advising the customer of the excession. Simply contact our support (support@3dpixel.net) and we will provide a secure payment link with the difference between the current package and the desired package only. This is calculated on a pro-rata basis and there is no admin charge for an upgrade/downgrade.

Payment for Personal Web Hosting is in advance. Notifications of expiry are sent to the email address and mobile phone (if SMS logging is enabled) 1 month, 10 days and 3 days prior to expiry. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the email address / mobile phone number in question is up to date and valid.

Business Web Hosting

Business Web Hosting is aimed at businesses requiring more server resources, custom scripting, script installs and importantly enhanced support. In general there is much more performance (guaranteed contention) and flexibility on business hosting. 3DPixel.net works closely with business customers to ensure that sites and applications are working as fast as they can and as securely as they can. 3DPixel.net also advises on scripting and how to further your business online.

Payment for Business Web Hosting is more flexible that Personal Web Hosting. Business customers are used to monthly invoices with standard payment terms. VAT invoices are also distributed by default.

Dedicated Server Hosting

Dedicated Servers are needed by individuals and businesses which require total server configuration flexibility, performance and security. 3DPixel.net is highly skilled in bespoke server configurations tailored to the exact needs of the customer. Whether it be for a particular application, certain types of secure access, a particular control panel (or indeed no control panel) we are able to accommodate your requirements. 3DPixel.net does not provide the physical server hardware unless explicitly agreed, although we are able to source particular types of servers suited to the customer's budget/requirements at zero markup.

Payment for Dedicated Servers are on the same terms as Business Web Hosting
